I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Cryo Therapist. Give me a call if you are experiencing pain or inflammation. My focus is on soft tissue manipulation. I am not a doctor, therefore I do not give medical diagnosis, but I do help people relieve tension, stress, pain, inflammation, headaches, tmj, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, and so much more on a daily basis.

Are you tired of being in pain and having decreased range of motion?

My training as a Licensed Massage and Cryo Therapist allows me to work on the soft tissue that is usually the cause of pain and decreased range of motion.

I am not your average "fluff and buff" massage therapist. My focus is helping people alleviate pain and increase range of motion.

As a Mobile Functional Massage Therapist, I come to you. So you do not have to worry about coming into the office. The majority of my sessions are fully clothed so we do not have to worry about anything being accidentally exposed. Some of my services such as Smart Cupping, Graston, and Localized Cryo do require the area being worked to be exposed, during these times proper draping will always be used.
