A lot of our patients at the clinic require extra training in addition to Chiropractic care and rehab. We are big on preventative care—keeping bodies healthy, aligned and strong! We collaborate with to provide necessary resources and classes that could benefit our patients’ health and happiness. MK can tailor workouts depending on what our patients need.

She will also be teaching Pilates and Restorative Yoga at the clinic every other Saturday!
