🤍 BIG NEWS: MILKY MAMAS IS GROWING! 🤍

After years of walking alongside moms and babies through their breastfeeding journeys, I am SO excited to finally share the next chapter…

✨ Milky Mamas is now Mama Babe Lactation & Wellness! ✨

Milky Mamas began with a heart for helping moms feed their babies. But over the years, my passion has grown into something even bigger—supporting the whole mama through pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, nutrition, movement, and all the changes that come with motherhood.

Mama Babe Lactation & Wellness allows me to bring all of those pieces together in one place:

🤱 Lactation Support
🥑 Prenatal + Postpartum Nutrition
💪 Maternal Fitness + Wellness
✝️ Faith-rooted, evidence-based care
📍 Marianna, FL + Dothan, AL
💻 Virtual appointments available
🤍 Insurance + self-pay options

My faith is at the heart of how I serve families. My goal is to provide professional, evidence-based care while meeting every mama with compassion, encouragement, and grace. This verse has become such a beautiful reflection of the heart behind Mama Babe:

“Just as a nursing mother cares for her children, so we cared for you.”
— 1 Thessalonians 2:7–8 🤍

Fueled Mama. Fed Babe.

And now I need YOUR help spreading the word about this new chapter! 🎉

The name is changing, and the services are growing—but the heart behind it remains the same. Now, we're simply making more room to care for Mama + Babe. 🤍

The truth?? My "motivation" is myself vs. my better self. I always have a drive to be productive and create a better version of myself.

COMMENT: what is YOUR motivation? Kids, more energy, stress relief, lose weight?
