Protecting your health should never come with barriers.

Condoms are FREE in DC and widely available to help you stay safe and confident in your choices.

They’re simple, effective, and accessible—because everyone deserves the tools to protect themselves and their partners. Take what you need and share the knowledge.

A lot of us were raised to believe:
“Don’t let them diagnose you.”
“Just pray about it.”
“Push through.”
“Keep it to yourself.”

And while that may have come from a place of protection, survival, or what our families knew at the time…

We get to choose differently.

Seeking support is not weakness.
Needing therapy is not failure.
Taking medication is not something to be ashamed of.

Healing requires honesty.
And sometimes healing looks like therapy.
Sometimes it looks like medication.
Sometimes it looks like alternative support like Reiki and nervous system regulation.

There is no shame in choosing the kind of care that helps you feel whole.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s break the generational cycle of suffering in silence.

You deserve support.
You deserve peace.
You deserve to feel well.

If you’re ready to explore mental health support, DM “HELP.”

If you’re looking for a more holistic approach, book a Reiki consult.

Either way—BeyondMed got you 🌿

Just like we pay attention to physical symptoms, we have to learn to pay attention to the emotional and mental ones too.

Feeling constantly overwhelmed.
Struggling to focus.
Feeling stuck in stress, anxiety, or emotional heaviness.

These are not things you have to simply “push through.”

This Mental Health Awareness Month, let this be your reminder:
It is okay to ask for help.
It is okay to need support.
And it is okay if support looks like a mental health consult.

You do not have to wait until things feel severe.
You do not have to wait for a breaking point.

If stress, anxiety, low mood, or emotional exhaustion have been showing up more days than not, it may be time to check in with yourself.

Virtual & office consults are available for anxiety, depression, and adjustment-related concerns.

If you’ve been thinking about reaching out, consider this your sign.

DM “HELP” and let’s talk about your next steps 🤍

Your symptoms do not have to be severe to deserve support.

You do not need a breakdown to seek care for your mental health.
You do not have to wait until it feels unbearable to ask for help.

Sometimes it looks like:
• Feeling mentally exhausted more days than not
• Losing interest in things you used to enjoy
• Feeling disconnected, irritable, or emotionally numb
• Trouble sleeping, OR sleeping too much
• Difficulty focusing
• Feeling overwhelmed by things that once felt manageable

If you’ve been noticing these shifts, it may be time for a mental health consult.

Support can look different for everyone. For some, that may include therapy. For others, medication. For some, supportive practices like Reiki alongside traditional care may help create balance.

The goal is not to wait until it gets worse.
The goal is to support yourself early.

You deserve care before crisis.

If you have been wondering whether it’s time to check in with your mental health, DM “HELP.” I got you 🤍

Mental health check-in: drop an emoji for how you’re feeling today 🤍

Your mental health is just as important as your physical health.

You can’t separate the two.
You can’t function fully without your mind being supported.

And the truth is…
it’s okay to not be okay sometimes.

But if you’ve been struggling more days than not…
or you’ve even had the thought, “maybe I should talk to someone”

That’s worth paying attention to.

You don’t have to wait until it gets severe.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Support exists. Resources exist.
And there are people who genuinely want to help you feel better.

If you need immediate support, please use the crisis resources on the last slide.

And if you’re in GA or any other state we offer services in and looking for ongoing mental health support…
I’m here when you’re ready 🤍

You don’t have to do this alone.

You don’t have to wait until it feels severe.
You don’t have to reach a breaking point to ask for help.

If it’s been showing up more often than not…
that’s enough to check in.

It’s okay to need support.
It’s okay if that includes medication.

Let’s normalize taking care of your mental health before it gets overwhelming.

Ever asked for STD testing and felt judged?

I have.

In undergrad, I asked my gynecologist for a throat swab… and she laughed.

Years later, working in sexual health here in Georgia, I learned:
if you’re sexually active orally, vaginally, or anally… those areas need testing too.

Yes, EVERY hole you use.

Advocating for your health is essential.
Wanting thorough testing isn’t “too much.”

You deserve a provider who listens, educates, and helps you feel safe—not ashamed.

If you’re in Marietta/Cobb County and need a judgment-free provider… DM me. I got you 🤍

Protection should be part of the conversation, not an afterthought.

Condoms help prevent HIV and STIs while supporting safer, more informed choices.

Normalizing their use helps remove stigma and encourages more open, honest communication between partners.

Condoms are FREE in DC. Access to protection should never be a barrier to care, connection, or pleasure.

I say this to my patients all the time:

I don’t care what you’re doing or how you’re doing it.
My job is to ask the right questions so I can screen you appropriately and make sure you know your options to stay safe.

And more importantly, my job is to make you feel comfortable, heard, and empowered. 🙌🏽

Because you deserve care that doesn’t judge you…
and doesn’t dismiss your concerns.

If you’ve ever felt gaslit or talked out of the testing you knew you needed, this is your sign.

If you’re in Marietta or Metro-Atlanta, and you’re looking for a sexual health provider who actually listens…
DM me. I got you.

Save this for when you’re ready.
Share it with someone who needs a safe space.
