"The Seesaw Stops Here"
We’ve all been there. You hit your goal weight, feel incredible for a month, and then—slowly but surely—the numbers start creeping back up. For years, my life felt like a seesaw. I would eat, feel guilty, and then exercise for hours thinking I was doing the best for my body. I was either "on" a strict plan or "off" the rails. There was no middle ground, and frankly, it was exhausting.
If you’ve ever felt like your body is a project you’re constantly failing at, I want you to know: I get it. I’ve lived through the cycles of:

I started MRY Lifestyle Nutrition because I realized that "diets" have an expiration date, but a lifestyle doesn't. I stopped looking for the fastest way to lose ten pounds and started looking for the most sustainable way to live a vibrant, energized life. This life is about alignment–aligning what I eat, balancing sleep, stress, and taking time for me — how I want to feel every single day!
