"The Seesaw Stops Here"
We’ve all been there. You hit your goal weight, feel incredible for a month, and then—slowly but surely—the numbers start creeping back up. For years, my life felt like a seesaw. I would eat, feel guilty, and then exercise for hours thinking I was doing the best for my body. I was either "on" a strict plan or "off" the rails. There was no middle ground, and frankly, it was exhausting.
If you’ve ever felt like your body is a project you’re constantly failing at, I want you to know: I get it. I’ve lived through the cycles of:
The excitement of a new "quick fix" that eventually fades.
The frustration of clothes fitting one month and feeling tight the next.
The mental toll of letting a number on a scale dictate your mood for the day.
The constant cycle of exercising, finding the right routine, and trying to stick to it.
I started MRY Lifestyle Nutrition because I realized that "diets" have an expiration date, but a lifestyle doesn't. I stopped looking for the fastest way to lose ten pounds and started looking for the most sustainable way to live a vibrant, energized life. This life is about alignment–aligning what I eat, balancing sleep, stress, and taking time for me — how I want to feel every single day!
This is a community for those of us who are tired of the fluctuations and ready for the foundation. At MRY, we focus on:
Sustainable Habits: No more "crash" mentalities.
Real Food for Real Life: Nutrition that fits your schedule, not the other way around.
Support: Because going it alone is where most of us hit a wall.

After a workout, enjoy simple carbs and higher protein.
Protein shake:
3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup vanilla oikos yogurt
2 tblsp vanilla protein powder
Any choice of fruit: I use strawberries.
Blend together until smooth
Add your favorite granola (optional)
Spoon of zero sugar cool whip (optional)

Eating protein can help you feel fuller longer. Sweet taste without the guilt.
