I’m a clinical mental health counselor at The Attached Counseling Collective, where I am passionate about helping people get unstuck in their lives. Maternal mental health: perinatal, postpartum, juggling mom life and career, self-esteem

Family support for chronic illness: helping individuals who have a family member with a chronic condition such as cancer, eating disorder, addiction, etc. Children/teens: play therapy, sand tray, social skills, depression, anxiety

Helping professions: ministry, missions work, teachers, burnout, career counseling

Geek therapy: integrating your nerdy interests into your therapeutic journey, dealing with pre-con anxiety and post-con blues
