That post sauna glow?! You know the one.

You step out, your skin is warm, your cheeks are flushed, and somehow you look like you just got back from vacation!

There’s actually a reason for it.

Heat causes your blood vessels to dilate, increasing blood flow closer to the surface of your skin. That increased blood flow can create the temporary warm, rosy appearance we know as the post sauna glow.

WE’RE SOFT OPENING!

The wait is almost over. 🤎

Starting tomorrow, Wednesday, August 12th through Saturday, August 15th, Sowel will be opening its doors for a limited number of soft opening sessions!

This week is all about putting the finishing touches on the experience and our studio, testing our booking site and processes, working out any little kinks, and most importantly, giving some of you the opportunity to experience Sowel before our official opening.

You’ll be able to experience our private 60 minute contrast therapy sessions featuring infrared sauna, red light therapy and cold plunge, with the option to come solo or bring a friend. Don’t want to cold plunge? Don’t worry, you can absolutely use the sauna only!

Soft opening hours will be limited, so availability will be limited as well.

Our goal is to use these first few days to make sure everything feels just right before we officially open on Monday, August 17th. Our full hours of operation will be listed beginning next week.

We’ve been getting lots of questions regarding our opening date, so here’s where we are 👇🏾

We still have a few things we’re finishing up in the studio, so we’re aiming to do some soft openings Wednesday, August 12th through Saturday, August 15th. Hours will be limited, but the goal here is to test our process and flow, work out any kinks before officially opening the week of August 17th, and give you all a chance to come try everything out!

We plan to post our website and booking link Monday or Tuesday, so you’ll want to be on the lookout so you can snag your sessions. You’ll have the option of doing solo sessions, duo sessions with a friend, packages, or memberships!
