I’m honored to be presenting at the San Antonio Women of Wellness event this weekend, presenting on “Metabolic & Hormone Changes in Perimenopause: The critical 2-4 year window”.

Growing research supports not only the real changes leading to symptoms women are experiencing - including anxiety, inflammation, weight gain & insulin resistance (despite not changing diet or exercise), disrupted sleep, bloating, new food sensitivities, autoimmune disease and brain fog - but the importance of addressing and rebalancing ALL of these areas within the first few years of the perimenopause transition.
