Rescue🐕 Struggles are a part of life, but I have managed with great practice to seek positive coping habits even through great difficulty! I meditate daily, sometimes it's not that long, but it's a practice and every day brings on a new set of challenges. T

he important thing is to not judge yourself and be kind to the beautiful soul that you are! I have overcome a lot in my life and want to share with you some healthy coping tips and also be a source of support and hopefully some inspiration to you!! Grief is not something you “get over.”
When someone says that, what I really hear is a lack of compassion for a pain they may never understand.

Losing someone you deeply loved changes you forever.
You learn to carry the grief, not erase the love.

A little empathy goes a long way. 🤍
