For me,
meditation and breathwork have become my prayers.

Each morning,
I sit, breathe,
and connect with
something deeper than
my five senses—
something that feels
like my soul
saying, “I’m here.”

It’s wild how
consistent practice
changes things.

My mind feels lighter,
calmer… honestly...

I just feel friggin’ good lately.

Each layer we peel back
brings us closer
to the truth of who
we already are.” 🎨

Just like art,
healing is a
layering process — gentle, messy, and full of color.

Every breath
is a brushstroke
revealing more of what’s
been waiting underneath
all along. 🕊️

Breathe.
Peel back the next layer.
You’ve always been in there.

Pain woke me up at 2:45 am… and I went into full healing witch mode. 😂

Castor oil.
Paper towels.
Plastic bags.
Elastic bands.

No one ever said
I wasn’t unhinged.

But here’s the real part…

Breathwork has taught me
to *listen* to my body
instead of fighting it.

Not to numb it.

Not to ignore it.

But to be with it.

Last night,
my body told me
exactly what it needed —
and I listened.

And this morning?

My ankles feel AMAZING.

Like I could dance.

Healing isn’t always
calm and candle-lit.

Sometimes it’s messy,
primal, funny, ancient, intuitive…
and a little bizarre.

But it’s mine.

And...my body remembers
how to heal. 🪽
