3 different classes, all perfectly designed to complement your 1:1 sessions, run, triathlon, or HYROX training.

💪TRX Full Body: low-impact training using your body weight and gravity for full-body strength.

🧘Pilates Restore: a slower-paced and beginner-friendly mat Pilates class to improve core strength, mobility, and calm the body and mind.

🍑B***y Bootcamp: high-intensity circuit training to improve strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity.

All classes are 30 minutes and appropriate for most people including those new to fitness. Space limited. Advanced registration required.

Happy WINSday💪 it’s been 1 month in our new studio & here’s everything that’s happened so far:

Welcomed 4 new clients 👯👯🎊

Hosted our 1st Bootcamp, Pilates & TRX classes 🎉

Added some new equipment 🏋🏻‍♀️

Completed the Murph Challenge 💪

Lifted 1000s of pounds of weights, achieved new PRs, set new goals for the summer & started a mobility challenge 🏅
