Sometimes caregivers see more than they say.
They notice when someone is struggling.
They sense when something feels off.
They worry, support, encourage, and hope for the best.
But there comes a time when we must remember that caring for someone does not mean carrying their journey for them.
We can offer compassion without taking responsibility for another person’s choices.
We can hold space without losing ourselves.
We can care deeply and still honor our own well-being.
If you’re feeling tired today, perhaps it’s time to set down what was never yours to carry.
Take a deep breath.
Relax your shoulders.
Come back to yourself.
You deserve the same care you so freely give to others. 💚
