I'm Andi :) I'm a mom to 3 boys {Jamison, Corbin & Hayden} and a baby girl on the way 🤰🏼

👩🏼‍⚕️I'm a Registered Nurse - I worked for almost 10 years in ICU and then L&D and MISS IT so much but my heart was pulled to be home with my kiddos so NOW I'm a full time Mom and Health Coach! Rewind to the Fall of 2013, my second son had just turned 1 and I was STILL carrying around 30+ pounds of preggo wei

ght/weight that I ALWAYS had and could never seem to get rid of for good. I complained about it a lot, and apparently to the right HONEST friend who told me to stop complaining and TRY her program. She introduced me to a community of women who support each other towards their health & fitness goals, a workout I could do from home, a shake that I could have for breakfast, and gave me a meal plan to follow. I did as she directed and for the FIRST TIME in my ENTIRE LIFE I was losing weight, gaining confidence, increasing my energy level, and feeling GREAT!! Through my personal experience I found a PASSION for helping others 🙏🏼

NOW my goal is to SHARE what I learned with every woman out there who has once struggled, and is ready to make a change 💖

Being FIT is not how I would have ever imagined I'd be able to describe myself but it feels incredible to be able to claim THAT {not gonna lie 😜...if you follow my page you will see I'm always keepin' it REAL✌🏻}. I'm striving towards health & happiness for my family and THAT is what keeps me going. Not only to set a good example for my kids but to do something for ME🙋🏼

Fitness, clean eating & my daily superfoods give me the energy I NEED to chase my kiddos around all day. Never in a MILLION YEARS did I think I would be the owner of a Fitness Biz, helping women get and STAY in shape, leading other Mommas towards financial freedom, resigned from my DREAM nursing job and pursuing a successful 💖 I'm 100% dedicated to this passion of mine of helping others design not only the BODY you've always wanted, by the LIFE you've always dreamed of 🙌🏼

After a few months of 25 minute workouts, support and a daily shake I looked in the mirror and realized I had dropped those 30+ pounds!! I continued on my journey, had a 3rd son, lost that SAME dang 30 pounds again ;) and now I am working on a 4th healthy pregnancy with this same fitness foundation that works so well! This is the LAST thing I thought I’d do, had you asked me a few months ago.

But things change.

It’s been a sequence of events, lots of processing what happened, blocking out the noise, taking time to reflect and consider what I want to do next.

I’ve said very publically that I have ZERO desire to be in social selling in any capacity ever again - but I changed my mind ☺️

& a good friend reminded me that - that’s ok!!

What worked for me in Beachbody {I believe} was my transparency & true excitement over the programs and products that changed my life.

I’ve had a reeeaaaalllllyyyy hard time imagining being excited for anything else like I was for BB bc it changed my life so dramatically. My story WAS my selling point. I had nothing else in me to turn around and champion any other product or program.

But the reality of losing a full time income while feeling lost in my own routine over the past few months means I had to reconsider.

Lots of companies approached me and I wasn’t ready to hear their offers. I chose to up my hours at the hospital and while I really like that job and I enjoy being back into nursing, I miss a lot of what I had with Beachbody.

I miss the team.
I miss the excitement that came from helping women reach their goals.
I miss the push to get out of my comfort zone.
I even kinda miss being on social!! I will admit, the break I personally took the past few months has been freeing.
I’m nervous/excited that I’ve decided to take a leap of faith and SHARE from literal DAY 1 a new product that has given me that jolt I felt all those years ago when I signed up to be a BB Coach.

I can’t sit here and show you my results because I JUST started taking these, but that’s also by design. I wanted to share out the gate bc my biggest criticism has been the bait and switch - I won’t do that!!

Either:
These products are going to be what I’ve been looking for, health wise, for the past few months

Or they aren’t going to work and I won’t advocate for them 🤷🏼‍♀️

So few photos with Corbin as a baby all because I was at an all time HIGH in my weight which meant an all time LOW in my self-esteem.
I hid.
Avoided photos at all costs.
Or placed him perfectly on my lap to try and hide as much as I could. .
Those jeans ... I remember squeeeeezing into them for church that day. Throwing on one of TWO oversized tank tops that I wore constantly to cover the muffin top as much as possible, and the saddest part is I thought about these things way too much!!
Instead of soaking in the moments, I cringed at the thought of what someone *might* be thinking of me. I was so uncomfortable in my clothes but so in denial that I wouldn’t shop for anything new. .
Thank GOD it was only a few months after that picture that everything changed. My friend gave me the tough love I needed to hear & I took her advice. Got to work on a quick workout in my living room every day. Drank a shake that I planned to RETURN for the “bottom of the bag money back guarantee” 🤣👌🏻. & checked in daily with a group of girls for accountability. .

SO glad I decided to NOT get my money back but instead pay it forward 👊🏻.

You’re never going to have the time.

It’s never going to come easily.

But you know what I would tell you…

DO IT ANYWAY.

I WISH I had a time machine to take me back to College and tell that Andi to STOP complaining and START doing! I was always all up in my head about my weight. Allowing it to hold me back from things I really wanted to be doing. Making excuses about my genetics, my thyroid, my lack of time in nursing school. In my head I was “putting it off” for a better time. .
“I’ll start working out when ... “
“I’m going to start eating better when ... “
“If only I had ___ then I could lose weight”.
I thought I was busy 20 years ago 🤣🤣🤣
Ok College Andi, have 4 kids and then tell me you’re “too busy” to take care of yourself!

I snapped that photo the week I was cleared to workout again following my 4th pregnancy and focused on CONSISTENCY over everything else.
It’s paid off physically & mentally month after month, year after year!!.
You may feel like you legit don’t have the time, MAKE the time because you will see that you feel a million times better and all the things that need to get done ... still get done only from a more productive & HAPPIER you!.
A friend and client of mine messaged me today about my next bootcamp and said “its now or never, I”m in!”
She’s been putting off getting started on her goals. Feeling like she wasn’t ready.

Until she finally came to the realization that … you know what it’s now or never!!

Its time that we stop putting our goals on hold ... or wishing for what we want instead of working for it & NOW is the time to start living the life we know we want!!

Are you living the life you want? Taking small steps? Or are you holding back in fear because you FEEL like you’re not ready?

I didn’t have anything to wear. I showed up to Easter at my Mom’s house & felt SO uncomfortable in my own skin. Felt like we should take a family photo, after all, it was Corbin’s first Easter. But I will never forget looking at this photo-realizing I was GAINING weight.

All that talk about “breastfeeding will help the weight to fall off!” was a bunch of BS for me. It was the opposite, in fact! I was so exhausted all the time from working nights and I wasn’t taking care of myself at all.

On top of that I was sad. I dreaded every shift. I didn’t recognize but I was battling PPD, obsessing over every drop of milk I pumped at work vs how much Corbin drank while I was gone.
I cried every day leading up to returning to work & every shift as I drove to work.
The only thing that made it slightly better was begging for my dream nursing job of working in Labor & Delivery ... a position I finally got.

Only to leave.
I worked there 3 years before I said good-bye. Had you told me 11 years ago I’d be running a fitness business and gave up my coveted L&D spot, I’d say you’re crazy!

But a few months after that photo, my entire life changed ...

I didn’t want to do it 🙄
In fact I had all KINDS of neg opinions about the groups and the type of biz & thought no one reeeaaallly actually got results, and it wouldn’t work for me, and I’m sure it’s a scam!!, and I planned to get my money back.

Instead I found ME! I found a passion for working out. I found a simple way to consistently eat healthy. I found a group of women who are SO supportive. I found a way to L I V E and still get amazing results. I found a new career, a way to earn enough money to quit my RN job, a drive within myself I never knew I had, a way to help other Mamas get healthy too & to teach other women this business &&& a way to get in shape and get PAID for it!!

I’m SO fired up about what I do from the fitness to the biz because I’ve lived and breathed THIS for 11 years now!

I will FORVER be GRATEFUL for the invitation to be in that fitness group - the one I wanted nothing to do with at first.
Once I said “yes” ... my whole life changed 🤍
