WOW… what a summer. ☀️❤️
This summer gave me a lot to reflect on.
There were some really beautiful moments… and there were also moments that challenged me in ways I didn’t expect.
It brought up a lot around identity, purpose, discipline, healing, and who I really want to be — not just for myself, but for my family, my community, and the people I’m here to serve.
There were times I felt clear and aligned… and times I felt off track.
Times I felt strong… and times I had to lean on the very tools I share with others — breath, stillness, movement, presence, connection, and simply coming back to myself.
This summer reminded me that growth isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it looks like slowing down.
Sometimes it looks like being honest with yourself.
Sometimes it looks like letting go of what no longer fits.
And sometimes it’s simply choosing to take the next right step.
I’m grateful for the experiences.
I’m grateful for the lessons.
I’m grateful for my family, the friendships, the community, the events, the healing, the laughter, and every moment that reminded me what really matters.
This summer changed me.
And in a lot of ways… it brought me back to me.
I’m the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been. ❤️🙏🏻
