Today’s Fall Market at Grayce Gardens
was incredible!! 🍁🍂

I went in thinking I baked too much and left feeling so blessed because I went home with only 3 Everyday Loaves! 🍞

All the support I received from family, friends and new customers was truly felt. You all are such a gift from God and I’m thankful for each and every one of you. 💛

The Brown Butter Apple Crisp Cookie is making its debut TOMORROW at the vendor event!

Think warm brown butter, fresh apples, cozy fall spices, a little crunch from the oat crumble and all the goodness of an apple crisp…but in cookie form. 😍🍪

Okay, friends… this Saturday is a BIG one for Loaf & Luffa Co.! 🌾🍂

I’ll be at Grayce Gardens from 9–4 for their vendor event, and I’m really excited about it… while also feeling just a little nervous because this is my first time doing this event and it looks like it’s going to be HUGE!

I’ve been busy behind the scenes getting everything ready, and I’ll have all the usual Loaf & Luffa favorites with me- fresh-milled baked goods, luffas, tallow skincare, natural home products and all the other goodies you’ve come to know and love.

And because it’s officially feeling like fall around here, I’ll also have some fun fall flavors making their debut! 🍎🎃

I’ll be set up inside the Garden Atrium, and I included a map in the photos so you can see exactly where to find me! I’m number 6!!
So if you’re heading to Grayce Gardens on Saturday, come find me! Come say hi, grab something yummy, stock up on your natural goodies or just come keep me company for a minute. 😂

Hi, I’m Brittany. 💛

I’m the person behind Loaf & Luffa Co., but before I’m a baker or a business owner, I’m a child of God, a wife and a mom to three kids. We homeschool, we spend a lot of time outside and our days are usually a mix of learning, cooking, creating and trying to keep up with everything that comes with raising a family.

Loaf & Luffa really grew out of the things I was already doing at home.🏡

I started milling my own grain and baking more from scratch because I wanted to know what was going into the food we were eating. That eventually turned into a love for making bread, cookies and other baked goods. Then came the natural products like the luffas, the homemade cleaners and all of the other little things I started making because I wanted simpler, more natural options for our home.

I’ve always loved learning how to make things myself.
There’s just something really satisfying about taking simple ingredients and turning them into something useful.🍞

That’s really what Loaf & Luffa Co. is about for me.

This business has been such a sweet reminder to me of God’s provision. It’s about slowing down a little, remembering the things He provided and making products from scratch. Learning old-fashioned skills while still living very much in the real world and creating things that I’m genuinely happy to use in my own home and share with other people.

You’ll see fresh milled baked goods, sourdough, seasonal treats, luffa sponges, natural home and body products and probably a few new ideas along the way. I tend to get excited about learning something new, so Loaf & Luffa is always evolving a little. 🌾

My family is a big part of all of it. They’re the reason behind a lot of what I do, and they’re also the ones who get to taste-test, help with markets and live alongside all of my latest projects.

So, if you’re new here, welcome. I’m really glad you found me.

This is a little corner of the internet where I get to share the things I’m making, the things I’m learning, and hopefully a little bit of the simple, intentional life we’re trying to build along the way.

🇺🇸✨ Meet the Liberty Lemon Berry Cookie ✨🇺🇸

Bright lemon, sweet blueberries, tart cherries, creamy white chocolate and fresh-milled flour come together in one of my favorite cookies I’ve ever created.

But here’s the catch ya’ll…These are a one-day-only cookie. 📣

I’ll only have them at Summer on the Farm at Antrim Spring Farm tomorrow, and once they’re gone, they’re gone. I won’t be making or selling them again this year after the event.
