Announcement: Exciting Certification News for Batton Health Solutions!

We are thrilled to announce that Batton Health Solutions has officially achieved certification as a HUBZone Program participant, as well as being recognized as an Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) and a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB)!

By obtaining these certifications, we are not only empowering women in business but also strengthening our dedication to serving communities that are historically underrepresented.

As a HUBZone-certified business, we will have enhanced opportunities to compete for federal contracts, driving economic growth while fulfilling our mission to provide innovative health solutions. The EDWOSB and WOSB certifications will further enable us to connect with clients and partners who share our values of supporting women-led enterprises.

Each day has brought us new challenges, lessons, and growth.

As a project manager, I understand the importance of restrospective activities: 2024-I reflect on the hurdles I've faced and the lessons learned along the way. Last year tested my resilience whether navigating the job market or adapting to changes. I also rejoice in the MAJOR wins:
*Assisting QIN-QIOs in exceeding their CMS contractual goals and fostering a culture of improvement in LTC, learning about QM Development and genuine patient engagement (not just a seat at the table, but a voice at the table with actionable purpose), etc...
*The opportunities that have been shared with me (wins and lessons)
*The humble beginning of Batton Health Solutions, LLC
*Witnessing my children grow, front row seat to their wins and lessons (The best part of who I am as a human)
*Finding ways to strengthen my relationship with God and keeping the faith
*The AMAZING genuine human connections formed in 2024!
*Personal growth: Data Management for Clinical Research, PMP, Data Visualization and Dashboards

2025: My humble goal is to continue this journey of growth, not just for myself but to support and empower others in their paths as well.
My prayer is that we all find opportunities that give us purpose in life and to serve others. I pray to find an opportunity this month specifically that speaks to my soul and to all that find themselves in the growth category!
