We almost always choose paint last.

There are only so many options when it comes to things like tile, wallpaper, and fabrics. We want to choose those pieces freely instead of limiting ourselves because we picked a paint color too early.

There are THOUSANDS of paint colors. Once everything else is selected, we find the exact shade that ties it all together.

So yes, paint is important—but around here, it’s usually the last decision we make.

A smooth build is the result of careful planning prior. Each of these spaces was drawn, rendered, studied, discussed and revisited many times before construction began.

The goal is to make as many decisions as possible on paper first—working through the details, proportions, materials, even furnishings, to plan how everything comes together long before they’re being figured out in the field. That preparation is what allows the construction phase to move forward with clarity and intention.
