The scale isn’t always the first thing to change.
Sometimes your body needs time to recover, regulate and adapt before you see the number on the scale go down.
I have 3 clients who were all on different health journeys, and for the first few weeks, the scale barely moved.
But there were plenty of non-scale victories.
Their clothes were fitting better, they were sleeping better, feeling more energized, experiencing less bloating and building healthier habits that would ultimately support lasting results.
If you’re noticing positive changes—even if the scale hasn’t caught up yet—don’t discount them. Progress isn’t always measured in pounds.
Trust the process. Stay the course.
Have you experienced a non-scale victory recently? I’d love to hear it below. 👇
