Need an audit of what you are eating in a day? 👀
That’s exactly what I do with my 1:1 clients.

We take a deep dive into your day-to-day eating—meals, snacks, drinks, timing, portions and the little things that may be getting in the way of your goals.

One of my clients was drinking a tea every day that she thought was a healthy choice—but it had hidden sugar and calories she didn’t realize were adding up. And more importantly, the impact it was having on the rest of her day.

We made a few simple adjustments, including swapping her daily tea and within 2 weeks she was down 3 lbs, experiencing more stable energy and having fewer cravings.

You don’t need a complete overhaul.
You just need someone to look at the details and identify what’s actually holding you back.

Want me to audit your nutrition? Comment or DM me “AUDIT” and let’s talk.

Being a D1 athlete taught me a lot more than how to compete.

It taught me how to set goals and work toward them. How to put in the reps—even when I didn’t feel like it. How to adjust my training based on the season I was in. And that recovery was just as important as the work itself.

Years later, those lessons still shape how I approach my own health—and how I coach my clients.

If you’re looking for someone in your corner to keep you accountable, simplify nutrition and help you hit your goals — while understanding what it takes to perform at a top-tier level, let’s talk.

Back from vacation, transitioning into a new school year or heading back into the office? It can all feel a little overwhelming.
Here are 3 things I do to get back on track without overcomplicating it:
1. Stock the fridge 🛒
I order groceries for delivery or make a detailed list so I have healthy options ready to go.
2. Track my food 📱
For a few days to bring awareness back to what I’m eating and to avoid the mindless snacking when things get busy!
3. Plan my workouts 💪🏼
I have a group of friends, we schedule workouts for the week. It takes the guessing game out of the equation AND keeps me accountable.

Sometimes you just need a few simple habits to get back into a routine.

And if you’re really struggling during this transition, you don’t have to figure it out alone. 🤍

Sometimes having someone in your corner to help you simplify things, create a plan and hold you accountable can make all the difference.
Send me a DM if you’re ready to get back on track.

Six years without a regular cycle.

Mom of 4.
High power job.
Her health took a back seat.

But when she went to her Doctor last fall looking for answers, she was told her labs were “normal”.

But she knew something was not right! NORMAL ≠ OPTIMAL

Two months into working together, she had her first 28 day cycle in SIX YEARS. 🤍

We still have more health goals to work toward, so this isn’t the finish line—but it’s a HUGE win!

It’s important to look beyond a standard panel or reference interval (which is based on population data, not what is optimal for an individual!!).

The goal isn’t to stick to the same rules forever—it’s to learn, adapt and evolve with your body through every season of life.

The more I learn—from my own experiences and from working with clients—the more I realize that health isn’t black and white... and neither is nutrition.

What worked for you in your 20s (or even your early 30s) may not be what your body needs today. And that’s okay.
Our bodies change. Our hormones change. Our lifestyles change. Our goals change.

These are three health beliefs I’ve changed over the years. I’d love to know...
👇 What’s one thing you’ve changed your mind about when it comes to health or nutrition?

How’d she reverse her insulin resistance, no longer pre-diabetic, lose 40 pounds and finally silence the food noise? 👇

It wasn’t one supplement or medication.
It wasn’t cutting out entire food groups.
And it wasn’t relying on willpower.

Here’s what we focused on over the last 6 months:

✔️ Personalized nutrition based on her body, lifestyle & goals—including meal timing, balanced macros and foods that supported stable blood sugar.

✔️ Coaching through plateaus so she stayed consistent instead of feeling defeated and starting over.

✔️ Prioritizing protein, fiber and balanced meals to reduce cravings and keep her full.

✔️ Strength training and intentional movement to improve body composition and metabolic health.

✔️ Supporting sleep, stress and recovery so her body could respond to the changes we were making.

✔️ Accountability, education and a plan she could actually stick to.

Comment “READY” if you’re ready to build a foundation that lasts.
