If you’ve felt emotionally, mentally, or energetically all over the place today… you are not alone. The energy shifted HARD. 🌊🌀

The Sun officially entered Gemini and immediately moved into conjunction with Uranus at 1° Gemini while Mercury is already there amplifying the mental field. At the same time, Neptune freshly in Aries is creating this strange untethered, dreamlike, almost altered reality feeling. Add the late Leo Moon squaring parts of this energy and honestly… it feels like the collective got put on a rocking cruise ship overnight.

This is not the grounded Ta**us energy we’ve been sitting in anymore.

The field feels electrical now. Atmospheric. Fast moving. Like reality itself tilted a few degrees.

A lot of people may suddenly be feeling:
• overstimulated
• emotionally wavey without knowing why
• dizzy or buzzing
• unable to focus linearly
• sudden urges to move, change, create, speak, leave, start over
• pressure in the head, chest, throat, ears
• weird synchronicities and realizations coming rapidly
• mentally “airborne” after weeks of heaviness or stagnation

Uranus rules the nervous system and Gemini rules the mind, communication, perception, and movement. So this energy can literally feel like motion without visible movement. Like your body knows something is changing before your logical mind can fully catch up.

And for those of us with a lot of fire, mutable energy, or sensitivity in the nervous system… whew. This one is loud.

The energy now feels less like:
“sit still and root.”

And more like:
“adapt, listen, notice what’s changing.”

Honestly, it feels like the collective just unplugged from one operating system and booted into another. 🌬️⚡

I’m back, and I’m here to tell you the work is worth it.

Astrology isn’t about handing your power away or predicting every moment of your life. It’s a language. A mirror. A way to better understand your experiences, your patterns, your gifts, and the seasons you move through as a human being.

The Moon moves the tides, so of course it impacts us too. We are deeply connected to nature whether we acknowledge it or not. Astrology simply gives us a framework to notice the themes already moving through our lives with more awareness, compassion, and curiosity.

Sometimes the greatest healing comes from finally realizing you were never “too much” or “behind.” You were moving through an initiation your soul already understood.

The more I’ve studied astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, and my own life, the more acceptance I’ve found for myself and others. Not excuses. Understanding. And understanding changes everything.

This was Monday, and I was doing personal work for myself during a virtual women’s circle. I don’t know if what moved through was past life, generational, collective, suppression from this life… maybe all of it.

I just know my intention was to clear anything standing in the way of my soul’s mission and opening my heart more deeply for myself and for the community I’m ready to create.

It started with grief. Then it felt like I was singing and wailing with women across lifetimes through the music.

I spent the rest of the day simply being. Listening. Following what felt guided. Being gentle with myself.

As women, learning to put ourselves first and not feeling like we need to earn rest or our worth can be difficult. Creating spaces where people can soften, remember who they are, and reconnect to themselves feels deeply tied to my soul mission.

I know in those spaces, and how I want to show up in them, more depth is required of me. Seeing, supporting, and holding space without rescuing because I see strength in each and every person is important. So of course I needed to walk through these places myself, because that’s how we truly learn to support others in doing the same. This way a the way to our liberation, being free.

Our trauma and pain can become the doorway to some of our greatest gifts and deepest wisdom. Once something has been walked through, lived, felt, and made meaning of, it becomes integrated. Not just a story, but a path. A way through.

I’m here to create spaces that help light the way.
