As an Army wife, I navigated the challenges of raising teenagers and adult children while my husband was stuck overseas during the pandemic. The loneliness of that time, paired with developing health issues and the stress
of doctor visits, left me searching for peace and balance. I turned to holistic alternatives—herbs, teas, yoga, meditation, crystals, and eventually, Reiki. Little did I know that Reiki would become my saving grace. The more I practiced, the calmer and more centered I felt. My once-jumbled mind found clarity, my stress began to lift, and I rediscovered my sense of self. This profound transformation inspired me to dive deeper into Reiki, eventually becoming a Certified Reiki Master. Reiki didn’t just help me heal—it gave me purpose. Now, my passion lies in helping others experience the same peace, healing, and clarity that Reiki brought to my life.
