As a pediatrician, I’ve seen firsthand how one small decision can make a BIG difference in protecting young, developing brains.

✅ Make it a family rule: No helmet, no wheels.
✅ Check that it fits snugly and sits low on the forehead.
✅ Replace helmets after a crash or every 5 years.
