Most people have yearly labs drawn, glance at the “normal” next to each result, and are told everything looks fine.

But what if you’re still tired, struggling with weight gain, experiencing brain fog, dealing with irregular cycles, low libido, poor sleep, digestive issues, or simply not feeling like yourself?

Join me for a free roundtable discussion where we’ll talk about how to better understand your routine lab work, what your labs may be telling you before a disease diagnosis develops, and which additional labs may be worth discussing with your healthcare provider based on your symptoms and health goals.

This is not about self-diagnosing or replacing medical care. It’s about becoming a more informed participant in your own healthcare and learning how to ask meaningful questions during your appointments.

We’ll discuss:
✔️ Common labs included in annual wellness screenings
✔️ What “normal” and “optimal” can mean
✔️ Important markers that may deserve a closer look
✔️ Labs that are often overlooked but can provide valuable information
✔️ How to advocate for yourself when something doesn’t feel right

Whether you’re trying to improve your energy, support your metabolism, optimize hormones, prevent chronic disease, or simply understand your health better, this discussion is for you.

Bring your questions and come ready to learn.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you become more confident in navigating your own health journey.

Sometimes it’s your body trying to protect you.

Your nervous system is constantly asking one question:

“Am I safe?”

When stress stays high, your body shifts into survival mode.

And in survival mode, the body often holds onto fat because it believes it needs stored energy to survive and keep “running from the tiger.” 🐅

But today’s tigers don’t usually have fur and teeth.

Modern “tigers” can look like:

• Nutrient depletion

(B12, folate, vitamin D, magnesium, iron)

• Chronic inflammation & infections

(H. pylori, SIBO, chronic gut dysfunction, fibromyalgia-related inflammation)

• Constant negative thoughts & emotional stress

• Over-exercising without proper recovery

• Undereating, crash dieting, or chronic low-calorie intake

(your body interprets this as famine and becomes more protective of stored energy)

Your body is intelligent.

If it perceives danger, depletion, or instability, it adapts to keep you alive.

Sometimes healing the metabolism is less about “eating less and exercising more”…

and more about convincing the body that the tiger is gone.

✨ Nourish.

✨ Regulate stress.

✨ Replenish deficiencies.

✨ Support the gut.

✨ Recover instead of punish.

A safe body is far more willing to let go of excess weight than a stressed body.

Most of the women I work with have already tried the quick fixes.

They’ve changed diets, supplements… and they’ve been told to wait.

Because “everything looks normal”, right?

What women really want to understand is why they’re experiencing fatigue, hormone imbalances, fertility struggles, PCOS symptoms, and cycle changes in the first place.

That’s where a root-cause approach is different. And that’s where I come in.

This one needs to be said again…

PCOS is not a single diagnosis with a single solution. 👇

It’s a presentation of underlying dysfunction… often metabolic, inflammatory, or stress-driven.

And yet, many women are still treated with the same generalized recommendations.

When the driver isn’t identified, treatment becomes guesswork. And that’s why progress stalls.

A more effective approach starts with asking a different question: What is actually driving these symptoms?

Follow for a more intentional approach to PCOS and hormone health.

This is why the proposed PMOS terminology reflects something many women have experienced for years:

This condition has never been limited to the ovaries alone.

For many women, it also includes:
fatigue
cravings
inflammation
insulin resistance
mood changes
metabolic dysfunction

The word “metabolic” matters because it changes how we think about treatment and how women deserve to be cared for.

Focusing on the root cause… that’s where I come in. Follow for more on this.
