This patient came to us specifically seeking improvement in the significant skin laxity of her upper arms. A tailored brachioplasty (arm lift) was performed to remove the excess skin and restore a smoother, more refined arm contour.

The goal isn’t simply to remove skin, it’s to create a natural transition from the axilla through the upper arm while maintaining proportion and harmony. A beautiful example of how carefully planned surgery can create a meaningful change in both contour and confidence.

Anesthesia: Local anesthesia
Downtime: Approximately 2–3 weeks for most social interactions 💆‍♀️

Upper blepharoplasty is designed to address excess skin and, when appropriate, excess fat of the upper eyelid.

In this case, the goal was to reduce the heaviness and hooding of the upper lids while maintaining the patient’s natural eyelid shape and avoiding an overly hollow appearance.

The result is a more defined upper-eyelid crease, increased visibility of the lid, and a more open appearance to the eyes, while preserving a natural look.

This patient is 3 weeks out from a brow lift, and the goal was very specific: open up the eyes and soften the heaviness/hooding along the outer portions of the upper eyelids.

When we evaluated her, she actually didn’t have enough excess upper eyelid skin to safely or appropriately perform an upper blepharoplasty. Removing more skin would have risked creating an overly hollow or unnatural appearance.

Instead, we focused on elevating and repositioning the brow, which allowed us to open the upper eyelid area and reduce the lateral hooding while maintaining a natural look.

While brow lifts and upper blepharoplasty are often performed together, they are not interchangeable and not every patient needs both. The right approach depends on where the heaviness is coming from and, most importantly, the patient’s individual anatomy.

At only 3 weeks out, she is still early in the healing process, but you can already see a meaningful improvement in the openness of her eyes.

Procedure: Brow Lift
Anesthesia: Local anesthesia 💉
Downtime: ~1–2 weeks for social interactions 💆‍♀️
Pain/Discomfort: Mild - most patients experience some tightness, pressure, or tenderness for the first few days, typically well managed with Tylenol 😌✨
Scarring: Incisions are placed strategically behind lthe hairline and are designed to heal discreetly, becoming less noticeable over time 🌸

This patient is just 2 months from an upper eyelid blepharoplasty combined with a non-endoscopic brow lift.

The goal wasn’t to create dramatically arched brows or change her expression. It was simply to restore what time had taken away by gently lifting the outer brow, reducing lateral hooding, and allowing the eyes to look brighter, more open, and more refreshed.

One of the biggest advantages of this technique is that it provides a subtle, natural elevation without visible scalp or forehead incisions.

When performed together, an upper blepharoplasty and a conservative brow lift can often achieve a more balanced result than eyelid surgery alone.

Not everyone who has under-eye bags needs surgery right away. This patient would ultimately be an excellent candidate for a lower eyelid blepharoplasty, but she wanted a non-surgical option for the time being.

Using strategically placed hyaluronic acid filler, we softened the transition between the lower eyelid and cheek to camouflage the bags and restore a smoother, more refreshed appearance.

The important thing to remember is that under-eye filler doesn’t remove fat bags, it camouflages them. When used in the right patient, it can produce a beautiful, natural-looking improvement.

One of the most common questions I get is, “When will I see my final result?”

At around two months, patients have already undergone a remarkable transformation, but healing is still very much underway. The remaining swelling gradually settles over the coming months, allowing the facial contours to become even more refined and natural.

Subnasal Lip Lift + Corner Lip Lift + Lip Filler 💋

This patient wanted a fuller, more youthful upper lip. While filler can add volume, it wouldn’t have corrected the underlying issues:

➡️ A long upper lip with minimal tooth show
➡️ Downturned corners of the mouth

We performed:
✅ A subnasal lip lift to shorten the upper lip and increase tooth show.
✅ A corner lip lift to create a more youthful, upturned appearance.

Once the foundation was corrected, a conservative amount of filler was used to refine the shape and enhance the final result.

Sometimes the right answer isn’t more filler - it’s restoring the underlying anatomy first.
