I posted something similar to this months ago and it seemed to really resonate with people and help some of you understand what labor is going to look like (for most), especially when you trust your body through it.

I’ll never forget this day and how beautiful each stage of this labor was. What a blessing it is to have these babies safely at home surrounded by so much love ❤️

What if just trying to “get through” labor and suffer through the pain, we chose to see childbirth as the miracle it is and found ways to enjoy it? If the pain is inevitable, why focus on it the whole time?
