Mobility Mondays! Early mornings or Late nights are an easy time to set aside 15 minutes to warmup or cooldown your body.

This is the single armed crab mobility exercise, it will strengthen your shoulders, glutes, and upper back while lengthening your chest and hip flexors. Leading to great bodily health!

MONDAY MOBILITY! SHOULDERS

My Shoulders were once the weakest part of all my lifts. I couldn’t bench heavier weight because I consistently had pain and popping during lifting and lowering motions.

First step: stretching and gaining flexibility in my shoulder allowed me to relieve my pain almost instantly, but I am still actively trying to correct specific tight sport in my scapula, ITS A LIFESTYLE choice, not a temporary fix.

Second step: YOGA, mobility exercises, and creating stability in my shoulders with planks, down dog, dolphin, reverse crabs, etc. I’m never going back.

Third step: maintenance and consistency….

This entire world is yours. Mine. What sense does it make to suppress, alter, or conform for any other thing or being that coexists with me? I thrive off of adversity, I excel with the lights on me. I become a diamond under pressure. You are exactly who you think you are and you’re right to say who/what you will never be. What type of life would it be if everything that you ever wanted was given to you when you asked? GO GET IT!
