I went a little quiet on here, but it’s been for a good reason.
When I’m not with clients, every bit of my energy has been going into moving. I’ll be living in a home that’s been passed down in my family, and it just makes sense for this next chapter, especially with PT school starting in August. I’m really grateful to be at this stage of my life.
This move has been more than physical. I’ve had to let go of a lot, things that weren’t even mine but belonged to my parents and grandparents. It’s rough letting go of what feels like pieces of your former life. At the same time, that’s growth, and I do feel lighter.
Minimalism isn’t new to me, I’ve been wanting this for a long time… but life. I’m finally stepping into it, and I actually love it (minus my exercise and recovery equipment… that’s staying 😅).
This whole process has made me realize what actually matters. If you still have people in your life who genuinely care about you, hold onto them and cherish every minute with them. Life is short, and people who truly have your best interest at heart are rare.
Switching gears, I’ll be working on UFC fighters at Minglewood this weekend!🔥
Doors open at 5 on Saturday if you want to come out:

I can finally see the light at the end of this move, and I’m ready to go all in on building my bodywork business. It’s already growing faster than I expected, and I haven’t even started PT school yet. I truly love helping people feel relief. This doesn’t even feel like work to me. Sessions are something I look forward to.
Lean into what you’re good at and what you love. It might start slow, but that’s how you build something real. Stay consistent. Keep grinding. And if you’ve already built the life you want, I’m happy to join the club.
And seriously, if you haven’t used it in over a year, consider letting it go.
