Wear Red on Friday February 6th — Because Women’s Heart Health Matters. It is National Wear Red Day, a powerful reminder that heart disease remains the leading cause of death for women. Too often, women’s symptoms are overlooked, minimized, or misunderstood — and awareness is one of our strongest tools for change.

As part of my work with Auricular Therapy, I see every day how small, intentional interventions can help reduce stress, support the nervous system, and encourage healthier patterns that benefit the whole body — including the heart.
