May is Mental Health awareness month. One of the key pillars of our organization is mental health wellbeing through healthy,
joy filled activations that are free & inclusive. Research shows that loneliness & social isolation increases the risk of mental & physical illnesses but there are many solutions that our community - & individuals- can do to support one another. From volunteering, joining fitness groups to learning a new hobby, there is a space where someone is waiting to connect with you.
