Baptist Medical Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Practice Administrator to join our clinic network in Germantown, TN. This is an immediate opening for a key leadership role supporting the day-to-day operations and long-term success of our medical practices.

In this position, you will lead and oversee the administrative and financial operations of an assigned clinic, ensuring efficient practice management and high-quality support for providers and staff. This is a Monday–Friday role.

What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a healthcare-related field
- 3+ years of experience in clinic or hospital management and/or a leadership role
- Strong organizational, financial, and team leadership skills

Meet Dr. Nnamdi Gwacham, a gynecologic oncologist dedicated to caring for women with gynecologic cancers, including cervical, ovarian, uterine and vulvar cancers. Trained in advanced minimally invasive and robotic surgical techniques, Dr. Gwacham combines innovation with compassion to deliver highly personalized care.

He believes patients feel most confident when they’re informed, which is why he takes time to walk through treatment options, explore clinical trials, and partner with patients every step of the way. His passion for medicine was shaped early on after experiencing firsthand the life‑changing impact of surgery as a Division I college football player.

When he’s not caring for patients or contributing to cancer research, Dr. Gwacham enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time outdoors with family.
