Some people think eating clean means deprivation.
But clean eating looks like this.

Food that’s alive.
Food that your body recognizes.
Food that doesn’t sit heavy… but supports you.

This is why I don’t believe in punishment when it comes to healing our bodies!

I believe in whole Food nourishment.
