This past year, I was interviewed on ABC 20/20

It's been 13 years since I was attacked. But it’s only been 4 years since I was finally able to let go of the shame and survivor's guilt I carried for so long.

Three days after I was attacked, a woman's life was tragically taken by the very same man. I felt immense survivor's guilt, but speaking about it publicly on 20/20 was a pivotal moment in my healing.

The tool that truly helped me bridge the gap from silenced to empowered was EFT/Tapping.

When I discovered EFT/Tapping in 2022, the shift was incredible. It changed my life so deeply that I tap nearly every single day now, and became a certified practitioner to help others find that same relief.

This Wednesday nominations open up for the Community Pillar Award.

Nominations are open to any resident or business in Waukesha or Washington County from Wednesday July 29th to Wednesday August 12th. (Voting starts 8/13)

We’re looking for 3 top candidates. Someone who shows up to contribute to their community in exceptional ways.

I’ve been volunteering most of my life and there are so many people who show up and go above and beyond without asking for anything in return.

This is for the real people and businesses that make a real difference right here in our own towns.

The Waukesha County individual winner will receive the Waukesha County Community Pillar Award Prize Basket, with gifted items from local businesses.

The Washington County individual winner will receive the Washington County Community Pillar Award Prize Basket, with gifted items from local businesses.

The business winners will receive a Community Pillar Award badge winner for their business and website.

All winners will receive a complimentary quarter page feature in the Community Collective magazine.
