I started coming to NHIC Idaho in fall of 2023 with chronic inflammation and Hashimoto’s. Gerald worked with me to help me find my trigger foods, muscle tested, and after having hives all over my body for over 10 months, I finally found relief. Then I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2024. After a bilateral mastectomy, dealing with fears of what this diagnosis means, Zoe met with me and helped to pick up all the pieces. With her compassionate encouragement and support she has worked with me tirelessly on my health journey. I am in a better spot than I was three years ago, and I still have more work to do. Knowing that I have a team of health practitioners to support me means the world to me.

I have had digestive issues for over a decade. I also felt tired and achey all of the time. I would wake up 4 to 5 times a night, so my sleep was not restful. I was addicted to diet soda. After starting my natural health improvement program, I have much better digestion and more restful sleep. I'm no longer addicted to diet soda ( This was tough but with encouragement I made it). I highly recommend the team at the Natural Health Improvement Center if you are looking to improve the health of you and your family naturally. Dr. Gerald is a shoot it to you straight kind of guy and will give you the tough love you need to get over bad habits and into healing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Zoe has been incredible to work with at NHIC over the past year. She took the time to truly listen and understand everything I had going on, even helping connect things I hadn’t considered before. The symptoms I originally came in with have improved, which I’m so grateful for. Her communication between appointments was excellent, and I always felt supported every step of the way. For over two decades, I have struggled with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Heart palpitations were a daily occurrence in addition to energy levels never reaching above a 5/10. I was plagued with extreme fatigue, often sleeping up to 15 hours per day, which made it challenging to stay fully alert and connected to my friends and family. I also suffered from extremity coldness, having my hands and feet constantly needing to be covered to be comfortable. After following my Natural Health Improvement program, my heart palpitations resolved within one week and energy levels increased each day. I was no longer caffeine dependent in order to function and could be a more present wife and mother to my young son. Temperature regulation has been restored and I do not experience cold extremities even on the coldest of our Idaho nights! I am now up at 6am each morning to go to the gym and am living a fuller, happier life. My personal transformation in my health has given me a passion and purpose to help others experience the same. I highly recommend the team at NHIC if you want to get to the root cause of ill health and restore your health through natural approaches.

Natural Health improvement center has helped us become stronger and healthier over all. Karl has a brain injury TBI and Gerald has helped him immensely. No trips to emergency for a year and a half. The supplements are organic and tailored to individual needs. Gerald is compassionate and understanding. He is always seeking to learn and better his knowledge to help his patients.
