Something profound is shifting in relationships right now.

I can feel it in my clients.
In my own life.
In conversations everywhere.

So many people over the last several months have experienced:

endings
reconciliations
awakenings
unexpected connections
deep grief
new desire
clarity around what they can no longer tolerate in love

There are moments when my body speaks before I’m ready to listen.

Recently, I started feeling that familiar pull in my foot…
the beginning of plantar fasciitis.

Not from overuse.
Not from anything I could clearly point to physically.

But I paused.

Because I’ve learned not to ignore my body when it whispers.

For me, the feet often represent our path forward.
And the left side of the body… the feminine, the inner world, the place of receiving.

And if I’m honest, there’s been a quiet fear moving through me.

Stepping into my master’s program.
The hours. The commitment.
The unknown of how I will hold it all…
and still support myself, my life, my family.

It’s subtle.
But it’s there.

And instead of pushing through or trying to “fix” my foot right away,
I’m choosing to listen.

To soften.

To remind my body:

I am safe to move forward.
I don’t have to have it all figured out today.
I can take this one step at a time.

This doesn’t mean the pain is “just emotional.”
My body is real. This sensation is real.

But sometimes there’s a deeper story asking to be witnessed alongside it.

So I’m tending to both.

Supporting my body physically.
And gently meeting the fear underneath it.

Because when we only treat the surface,
we miss the deeper conversation.

If your body has been speaking to you lately…
you don’t have to jump to conclusions.

But you might get curious.

What is it asking you to feel?
What is it asking you to trust?

We live in a culture that teaches us to override the body.
Medicate the message. Push through the pain.
Ignore the whisper until it becomes a scream.

But the body has always been trying to protect you.
Symptoms are not the enemy —
they are the beginning of the conversation.

We are divine beings of light. Our souls are pure. However, in these bodies, we are imperfect beings. But, it is in these bodies, that we can hold each other, that we feel each other’s embrace. Forgiveness is our only function: forgive yourself so you can forgive all others. Pain is meant to be felt in these bodies. We are in these bodies for a reason.

I want to continue to forgive myself, to forgive others, to see our imperfections as the beauty that makes us human. We are here to have a human experience.

“All healing involves replacing fear with love.”
— A reminder I needed today. Maybe you do too.

Fear says: Protect yourself at all costs. Shut down. Stay small. Don’t feel too much.
Love says: You’re safe to soften. You can be seen. You’re allowed to grow, even here.

Healing isn’t always a dramatic moment.
Sometimes it’s letting your shoulders drop.
Sometimes it’s choosing kindness over control.
Sometimes it’s speaking the truth you’ve swallowed for years—gently, firmly, without apology.

This is the work I believe in. The work I offer.
The kind that roots into the body and reaches all the way into the soul.

You don’t have to do it alone.
Your healing is sacred. Your softness is strength.
And you are allowed to live from love, not fear.

I spoke my truth recently.
Not to accuse. Not to shame.
But because my body was tired of holding the weight alone.

Sometimes people get hurt when we finally speak.
Sometimes they hear only their own pain and miss the mirror we’re trying to hold up gently.

But I didn’t speak from bitterness.
I spoke from love.
And I told the full story—even the parts where I was messy, imperfect, still becoming.

Because that’s what love asks of us sometimes.
To be honest. To be human.
To say, “I can’t keep shrinking to make this feel okay.”

If you’re walking through this kind of ache—where your voice trembles, where your honesty is misunderstood—
I just want to say:
You’re not wrong for needing to be seen.
You’re not a villain for wanting to feel safe.
You can hold love and truth at the same time.

You can still believe in their goodness… and trust yourself anyway.
You can speak softly and still stand tall.
