I always get asked from my clients if I can program their regular workouts (since their used to me sending them their correctives). LOW BACK PAIN 😬

Did you know L5-S1 (where your lumbar spine meets the sacrum) is the MOST operated part of the spine?

Often times this is caused by myofascial compression of this joint and uneven sacral base (probably due to muscles or ligaments). NKT allows us to figure out which structures might be influencing this!
