ForzaCare helps injured persons get better faster by coordinating clinically appropriate care. Our team of nurse case managers work with claims professionals, providers and injured persons in a transparent, honest and intentional manner t

o keep everyone on the same page as we coordinate care and help injured employees return to work. Within our company name, forza represents the strength of our team providing encouragement to the people we work with every day. We couple that with ‘Care’ as we compassionately work to restore the lives of individuals who have been injured. ForzaCare is a purpose-driven company that is guided by our core values. Our strength doesn’t stem from a single individual or idea but from our collective team of uniquely talented individuals coming together as a greater force coming together. Did you know?

WCRI's 2026 CompScope Benchmarks found that total workers' comp claim costs grew an average of 6% per year driven in part by longer temporary disability durations.

Duration is one of the few claim cost drivers that case management can directly influence.

Every day a claim stays open unnecessarily is a day of exposure that didn't have to happen.

Early referral and consistent clinical oversight aren't just about the injured worker's recovery. They're a direct lever on cost.

A nationwide network doesn't mean much if it doesn't reach the worker who needs it.

We’ve expanded our Field Case Management coverage into Nevada. We highlighted new WCRI research on how hospital closures widen the distance between injured workers and care. And we honored the adjusters who keep complex claims moving forward every day.

➡️The thread running through all of it: access. To the right clinical expertise. To the right provider. To the right person, at the right time.

That's what our case managers deliver, wherever the injury happens.

Martha's knee surgery wasn't delayed by her injury. It was delayed by paperwork.

A right knee injury. A meniscus tear. Treatment that should have moved forward, except her medical records got stuck in the system, over and over.

Our newest Injured Worker Story looks at what it took to clear the administrative barriers standing between Martha and the surgery she needed and why persistence is sometimes the most important clinical skill a case manager has.

Behind every claim number is a person who kept showing up: through the tough calls, the tight deadlines and the cases that stayed with them.

Today we honor the workers' comp claims professional and the quiet strength it takes to do this work well.

Prevention works. But it doesn't work every time.

This week is OSHA's Safe + Sound Week, a national push for stronger workplace safety programs. It's worth taking seriously; strong safety programs prevent real injuries. But even the best-run workplaces still see incidents, and when one happens, the safety program's job ends. Ours starts there.

Our newest article looks at what comes after prevention doesn't hold: why the first 24–48 hours after an injury shape everything downstream, and what a good handoff from safety team to case manager actually looks like.

Did you know?

A new WCRI study found that rural hospital closures significantly increase how far injured workers must travel for care, but don't meaningfully change overall claim costs or disability duration. (WCRI, Impact of Hospital Closures on Access to Care and Claim Outcomes, April 2026)

Translation: access gaps don't disappear on their own. They get absorbed, often by the injured worker in the form of longer drive times and delayed care, unless someone is actively coordinating around them.

That's the role our case managers play every day: closing the distance between an injured worker and the right care, no matter where they live.

This week is OSHA's Safe + Sound Week, a national recognition of workplace safety and health programs that help prevent injuries before they happen.

Prevention is where OSHA's work lives. Ours starts the moment prevention isn't enough and an injury occurs.

This week, we're highlighting what happens after the incident report is filed, because a safe workplace and a well-managed claim aren't separate goals. They're two halves of protecting the same worker.

“Having you in my corner has been the best, truly! It definitely holds tremendous weight; you haven't steered me wrong at any point. Your expertise and conversations are truly priceless... thank you always.”— Injured Worker

Feedback like this is why we do this work. Behind every claim is a person navigating one of the hardest chapters of their life, and the right case manager can make all the difference in how that story ends.
