One of the things we noticed at Speakeasy is that support here doesn't have to be forced or scheduled. It happens naturally. When you're surrounded by other beauty professionals building their own thing, you start to share advice, celebrate wins, swap ideas, and generally root for each other without even thinking about it.

It's the little things too, watching out for each other's clients, helping solve a problem in passing, or just having someone who understands what this Journey actually looks like.

We walk through through the essentials of the space, from entering Wi-Fi to parking and building flow, so you feel confident right from the start. Plus you'll discover our inviting break room, complete with a sink, microwave, large fridge and plenty of space to relax between clients. We also have numerous washers and dryers to keep everything running smoothly. The goal is to ensure you feel supported, confident, and ready to thrive from day one.

Being fully booked does not always mean you’re making what you should be. Your schedule can be packed, but you’re still feeling overworked, burned out, and questioning where your income is going.
