The Moon is at home in Cancer, inviting us inward. At the same time, it’s closely aligned with Mercury retrograde and the Sun in Cancer. If the past few weeks have felt confusing, emotional, or chaotic, this isn’t necessarily the moment to push forward—it’s the moment to pause and seek clarity.

Because of Mercury retrograde’s influence, I personally wouldn’t focus on manifesting during this New Moon. Instead of asking for more, ask for understanding.

This Cancer New Moon is asking us to come home to ourselves. Regulate your nervous system. Create safety. Get cozy. Let your body soften. Give yourself permission to simply be.
