Yesterday, our class learned about the anatomy of the hamstrings and glutes then put them in motion in class and in the gym during the practical portion. We then had Dr. David Skolnik, DPT - Online Coach & Educator teach advanced program design then took that knowledge to the gym floor. We’re not a book, we’re an education, we ARE where fitness professionals are made!

The students in our Master Personal Trainer Diploma program learned about VO2 Max last week. They all performed the YMCA 3 minute step test in class which is serviceable with clients but certainly not ideal for a cardio assessments. One lucky student got to find his true VO2 max UHW which is located inside TG The Gym Mesa Arizona where our school is located. Universal Health and Wellness offers red/green light therapy, laser therapy, contrast therapy, oxygen deprivation training, compression therapy, VO2 max testing, and much much more!
