π What does it truly mean to be human?
For me, it means living in a body that carries chronic pain, a mind that has learned to heal from trauma, and a spirit that remembers I have never been separate from Love.
My newest blog post, βBeing Human,β is one of the most honest reflections I have shared. I write about growing from self-loathing into self-love, learning to listen to the wisdom of my body, finding peace through mindfulness, and awakening to the truth of who I am: an aspect of God experiencing this tender, complicated, beautiful human life.
My body still hurts. My nervous system still asks for gentleness. My heart still feels everything.
But I have found inner peaceβnot through escaping my humanity, but by learning how to remain present within it.
If you have ever felt broken, abandoned, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, I hope these words remind you:
You are still whole.
You are deeply loved.
You were never outside of Love. π
