Calling all ROCK Painters!!

🪨💛 90 FOLLOWERS. 90+ MESSAGES OF KINDNESS. 💛🪨

We need your help to bring Messages in Stone to life!

We are 90 strong — imagine what could happen if every one of us painted just ONE or TWO rocks. That’s 90–180 little messages of hope, love, encouragement and kindness ready to brighten someone’s day.

🎨 Paint a rock.
💬 Leave a message.
💛 Brighten someone’s day.

Your rock doesn’t have to be fancy. A simple word like PEACE • HOPE • JOY • LOVE • BREATHE • YOU MATTER • CHOOSE KINDNESS can be exactly what someone needs to see.

Let’s fill our Messages in Stone with the kindness of our 90-member community.

One rock from you could make a difference to someone you’ll never meet. 🪨✨

Hello Fellow Mindfulness Community,
At our first meeting, it was suggested that we develop a map of local mind/body/spirit sites that can be visited for mindful moments.
Here are a few I came up with (not all inclusive) or accurate.

Please suggest sites that you think deserve on our map - I am trying to stay away from Commercial sites.
This will take some time to put together - also, if you have skills or talents in this area, it would be greatly appreciated!
