10-year-old you deserves this peace. 🤍But ladies, I promiseeeeeee doing another 21 day fitness challenge and counting your macros is not gonna get you to the body confidence you’re desiring. Yes, there’s a million ways to get “quick” results. But if your body image tanks every time your weight slightly (or majorly) changes, that fleeting confidence is CONDITIONAL. And the women in my world know that we get to have UNconditional, NONcircumstantial body confidence. ❤️‍🔥

The amount of women who come to me on the verge of tears, exhausteddd from “doing everything right”, and convinced they can never eat intuitively because THIS is the advice they’re getting makes my heart break and my head spin. Disordered eating is NOT👏ABOUT👏FOOD👏. So this very surface level, food-based advice will never actually work long term.

I promise, you’re not broken. You’re not crazy. You’re not too far gone. You just weren’t focused on the *healing* needed to finally eat normally again.🤍

Lives in your subconscious mind. 🔐🛡️The weight has become a literal, physical shield keeping you safe. And I know it doesn’t FEEL safe (it probably feels uncomfortable, heavy & frustrating) but your subconscious mind’s #1 job is to keep you safe. So until you reprogram your mind to know & trust that being seen = safe, the yo-yo’ing will continue. And PS, weight loss should not be the #1 goal! The #1 goal should be healing your safety wounds and your relationship with your body. Because only from that place can true confidence, peace & body love grow. 🤍
