Hydrate responsibly for your very strenuous leisure activities. 🍋💦.co

Pool days, travel days, sauna days, or just sweating more than usual = you’re not only losing water, you’re losing electrolytes too.

Electrolytes like sodium, potassium + magnesium help support hydration, muscle function and fluid balance so sometimes plain water needs a little backup.

Basically: sip smarter so you can leisure harder. 🥂☀️

Have you cold plunged lately? 🧊

I definitely have my opinion… and I’m sold. 👀❄️

But I’m curious… what are your thoughts on cold plunging as a recovery method?

Love it? Hate it? Still trying to convince yourself to get in? 😂

Cold plunging has become a pretty popular recovery method, and there’s actually some research behind why people keep coming back to it. Cold-water immersion may help with post-workout muscle soreness, perceived recovery, fatigue, and cooling after intense exercise.

Is it magic? No. Is it for everyone? Also no. But as a recovery tool, I definitely see—and feel—the appeal.

So… worth the hype or absolutely not? 🧊👇

Have you tried it? If so, what benefits have you noticed most?

Your reminder. Your weekly Monday pep talk.🤍

Not every week is going to feel productive, polished, or powerful.
Some weeks are just about doing the best you can with what life handed you.

Maybe you're balancing work, family, grief, responsibilities, your health or all of it at once. And maybe this week your pace looks a little different.

That doesn't mean you've lost momentum.

You are allowed to have hard days and still be moving forward. You are allowed to rest without feeling guilty.

You are allowed to redefine what a "win" looks like depending on the season you're in.

Sometimes progress is the workout.

Sometimes it's the meal you made for yourself.

Sometimes it's answering the email.

And sometimes it's simply getting through the day with a little more grace than you gave yourself yesterday.

Whatever this week looks like, meet yourself where you are and keep going from there.

Save this for a hard day, or send it to someone who could use a little encouragement. I'm in your corner.

Recovery isn't linear 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽

There are ups and there are downs and we're constantly learning along the way. Recovery isn't linear. Don't dwell on the bad days bc they will come...but they will go.

Progress is never smooth sailing. ALL feelings are part of our human experience and Your happy moment is right around every corner. Recovery is hard but recovery is worth it. every day we face a new challenge. some days we miss it other days we're torn and many days we face the repercussions of physical pain we've put our bodies through. Your disorder is not worth the missed moments... but recovery is worth every good moment you are blessed to experience. Feel your emotions - the happy, the sad, the hurt, the angry...but Keep fighting💕

You are not behind.🤍

You're allowed to take the long way, change your mind, start over, pivot, slow down, and still end up somewhere beautiful.

Life was never meant to happen on one perfectly mapped-out timeline.

Some people find their person early. Some find their career later. Some start over at 30, 40, or 50.

Some seasons are full of momentum, while others are meant to teach you how to rest, rebuild, or simply enjoy where you are.

There is no prize for checking off the box first. ‼️

I think the older I get, the more I realize that rushing through life just to check the next box can make you miss the life that's happening right in front of you.

You can be proud of how far you've come and still want more.

You can be grateful for your life and still be figuring things out.

You can change your definition of success as many times as you need to.

You are not behind.

You are becoming, learning, living, and creating a life that actually feels like yours.

And that matters so much more than being "on time."

Life is hard. Less stress, more sweat.🤗

Movement won't make every problem disappear, but it can change the way you carry it. A good sweat can help clear your head, shift your energy, and give you a little space between the stress and your reaction to it.
You don't always need to have the answer. Sometimes you just need to move your body, breathe a little deeper, and come back to yourself.🤍

Your Monday reminder that you don't have to constantly "keep starting over."

Give your body the grace to live a little.
