People say being is boring. What they mean by vegetarian is eating green salad days and days and days and missing out on tastes and flavors🤪 I can’t agree with that. True, sometimes it takes a bit more creativity to cook vegetables. Last week I tried as an inspo and I love it. Look at these colors and imagine the smells. Coconut toasted tofu with hot peanut sauce, rice and crunchy coleslaw with dates and lime juice. Delicious!
