What if your child could practice real-world life skills in a fun, supportive environment?
Our Life Lab Group helps preteens build confidence, independence, and practical skills through hands-on activities, role-playing, and real-life problem-solving. From practicing restaurant interactions and managing a budget to learning safety skills and navigating social situations, participants gain valuable experience in a supportive setting.
Designed by speech-language and occupational therapists, this group supports communication, executive functioning, self-advocacy, social problem-solving, and independence in meaningful, engaging ways.
Because confidence grows when children have opportunities to practice life skills in a safe, supportive environment—and independence starts with experience.
