Have you ever considered that you can be “allergic” to more than food or substances? Sometimes we can unconsciously react to things like success, money, love, visibility… or even safety itself.✨

Many times, pain and discomfort can be invitations to look deeper. Sometimes the things we think we’ve already worked through… or believe aren’t an issue at all, is still stuck in our body, and can actually hold some of our greatest healing potential.

Like a kid in a candy store this morning 🥰✨

My new drone flute arrived overnight and at 7:30 AM I was already sitting down playing it for the very first time… and of course recording it.

You know that Christmas morning feeling? 🎄
That was me.

I didn’t even make it to the gym because I was so excited to explore this beautiful instrument. The sound, the resonance, the way it moves through the body… wow.

I definitely still have a lot to learn, but I already love this flute so much. 💛

I listened to a 🎧 podcast by Case Kenny today that really inspired me — it was all about breakups and heartbreak 💔

In this example, I’m speaking in terms of romantic relationships 💑, but heartbreak can come in many forms — the loss of a friend 👯‍♀️, a family member 👨‍👩‍👧, or any deep connection 💞

So often, after heartbreak, we close ourselves off 😔. We build walls to protect ourselves 🧱. But in doing that, we’re not just holding back from pain — we’re also holding back from life 🌱

How amazing is it that we were able to love in the first place? 💖

Love isn’t weakness — love is courageous 🦋. Love is beautiful 🌸. Love matters ✨

You cracked your heart open 💓 and let something in. And even if it hurts right now 😢, you will grow from this 🌿. You’ll be better for it 🌈
