I harvested the very last of our cabbages for taco Tuesday. It has been less than stellar year for cabbages. The biggest they got this year is to about the size of a softball. What it lacks in size, it makes up flavor, taste and texture!

Audrey was super excited to be back in school. She was back for exactly two weeks before she got sent home to quarantine. She is still at home from being exposed a covid positive person at school. Thankfully, she is fine. Ruben also went back in person part time this week. To say it was a rough week is an understatement I think. I had a couple deadlines I was working on. I still snapped pics and documented stuff I do in and around the kitchen but I don’t know when I’ll have time to go back to edit and post them. 😂
