GLP-1s work. That’s not the debate.

They suppress appetite and make it easier to stay in a calorie deficit.

But the real question is, what problem are they actually solving?

Most people I hear it from aren’t dealing with medical obesity. They’re 10–15 pounds from their goal and feel stuck.

But the basics still aren’t there. Nutrition. Training. Sleep. Stress.

And that’s the part no one wants to slow down and fix.

Because I’ve also seen what happens when the medication stops, weight loss without the foundation to maintain it, muscle loss, a softer look, and no plan to hold the result.

GLP-1s don’t build habits. They don’t build muscle. They don’t teach you how to eat.

They manage appetite. Not lifestyle.

And most people don’t just want to be lighter.
They want to feel strong, confident, and in control of their body.

So it’s not about being for or against them.

It’s about being honest.

If you skip the foundation, you don’t get long-term results.

You just get a temporary one with a countdown on it. 🎤🎤🤯💥
