Many of you know by now whether through our conversations off the gram or through my posts and stories on here - I have a deep, deep love for working with plants 🌱 . ⁣

Each season brings with it it’s own sort of sweetness in relationship to the plant world. The Fall (Vata Season in Ayurveda) is my favorite! This is a time you will find me foraging for sweet dandelion & burdock roots, scattering + harvesting seeds, harvesting the end of our garden abundance and boiling bones, mushrooms and herbs for broths 🌀 ⁣

Something I love just as much as my relationship to the plants - is the relationship plants help cultivate among communities, friends and families. The work is not meant to be done alone. Have a medicine making party with friends, harvest and process with family, cook a nourishing meal with your beloved! Some of my dearest relations have come in through our mutual love and respect for the plants, mushrooms and natural ways of living. ⁣

Self love can feel like a journey in and of itself. To me, self love is about making the choices and taking the actions to nourish ourselves even when it is not convenient or even comfortable. This week self love lookings like going to bed a little earlier each night and waking up a little earlier each morning. It also looks like setting more boundaries with myself around the way that I work to create a feeling of grounded stability in my days.

Join Ciara Desmond + Samantha Carney for this beautiful and profound 50+ hour womb wisdom immersion program. This is a weaving of both ancient and modern practices, beliefs and rituals centered on our unique experiences along the journey of womanhood.

The Fall is a time of change - the temperatures begin to drop, nature starts its descent, schedules shift and change. If we are not tending to ourselves in ways that feel deeply nourishing, slow and intuitive to us, we may find ourselves feeling ungrounded, run down and sometimes sick.

Join in this 1 hour class with herbalist, youth mentor and reiki practitioner, Sam Carney, to learn about some basic herbal support for the Fall.
