So very happy and proud to graduate as a 500-Hour Kripalu Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for all the magical souls that have helped guide me along the way…

From my early days at the Hollywood YMCA with Adam Schell and the glorious , where the foundation was laid.

As my practice was deepening and my new love of Ayurveda was growing, I found myself in ‘s class, where the two were woven so beautifully together… my mind was blown and I knew somehow, someway, I HAD to do this.
