About the Owner: Claudia Marte, LPC

Claudia has experience working with diverse populations with over 16 years of experience in higher education. She uses a holistic, client-centered, strengths-based, and solutions-focused approach to empower clients to overcome challenges and create the life they want. She works with adults, teens, families, and couples who are navigating life changes (both plan

ned and unexpected), as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, struggling with burnout, grief, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, trauma and those who want to heal from past wounds. She recently became a Certified Clinician Game Master and hopes to start DnD and RPG therapeutic groups soon to help combat loneliness and practice social skills in a safe and fun environment. She is also fluent in Spanish and is enthusiastic about helping all clients leaning on the belief that all individuals have strengths that can serve to overcome life’s challenges.
